What My Eyes Have Seen...
When I was a project supervisor, I was looking at properties (rental apartments) that had fences around them, had been foreclosed on, and were in dire need of repair. My job was to walk in, and picture what they would look like brand new. It taught me to look at a property with optimism, instead of disdain.
It was my responsibility to inspect these properties, bring them back to life, and provide up to 300 units for people to call home. In that same light, when I look at your home, I see your dream. When I inspect your home, I want that dream to be worry free and without unexpected expenses.
