Why Have a Seller Inspection?

In most cases, you have been in your home a while. There are certain aspects that make it unique and special. What I can do for you is give you an ubiased picture of how a buyer or real estate agent may look at your home. Be prepared. When I am finished, you will know if there are any improvements you wish to make, or defects you may want to correct before a buyer makes an offer on your home. This could save you hundreds and even thousands of dollars that maybe you weren't counting on. My seller inspection is done exactly the same as a buyer inspection, but taken from the your perspective. When a buyer has your home inspected, and questions arise, I will gladly answer them. I stand by my inspection.
