Your Home Inspection
We will most likely meet each other after you hire me, so I'd like to let you know what to expect.
I am always earlier than the scheduled appointment. I like to meet briefly with the homeowner, and be ready when you get there.
I will be spending about three (3) to four (4) hours checking the home depending on square feet.
I write an eleven (11) page report. If you want the report immediately, I ask that you spend about an additional half an hour with me at the home so I can finish the detail work.
At this time, please let me know if there are any additional people/agents who would be authorized to have a copy of this report, and I will furnish you with an extra copy.
If you want to make other arrangements for me to furnish you with your report, please let me know.
My Full Inspections include:

- skylight, chimney and other roof penetrations;
- decks, stoops, porches, walkways and railings;
