Your Radon Testing 

 I do not rely on a kit you can buy at a hardware store. Like all of my services, it is done professionally with only the best equipment. I use the femto-TECH MODEL CRM-510 for a 48 hour continious period. I also do a backup charcoal test simultaneously. When the test is finished, I download the information, and your report comes back in a detailed, three page color report that is easy to read.

There is no guesswork.

Fall - Winter Radon Testing

  Remember, you do not need to schedule a home inspection to get your home tested for radon gas. I do offer this as a separate service.  When scheduling, allow for a 12 hour closed home condition period before the test for accuracy, and 48 hours for the test to be done.

Septic Dye Testing

Dye is introduced into the system (usually at the toilet). This can be very helpful to determine leaks in the system. 

*The septic dye test is not meant to produce conclusive results on whether your system has a major defect or not. It is meant to serve as a guide that may direct you to hiring a specialist that would be able to determine if your system needs repair or replacement.

Well/Public Water Sampling/Testing

A pre-determined sample size is gathered, and hand delivered to an accredited lab for analysis. Please let me know how quickly you or your representatives require the results, so I can better serve you.
